Hello Nicolas,
please make sure that your Internat connection is good and has no delays (just in case).
Also try to turn off antivirus and test Themler. In case it is slow anyway please let us know what exact operations are slow (for example open theme, add control, change control's option, save, etc.).

Hi,
the delays we see in your logs usually are caused by
-Internet connection is slow - please check it;
-a lot of applications are opened simultaneously and it makes the computer slow. Please close all unnecessary applications and turn off antivirus for some time. Then start Themler and test it.
Let us know the results.

Also please keep in mind that Themler speed is limited with CMS, database, webserver, etc.
