What about the HTML5 sites? The menu had some title attribute that displayed text on hover that was like no website. Was that removed? My support ticket indicated it was going to be fixed.

Dave,

I've found this case and it looks like the fix wasn't included into the branch used for this beta update.
I'll ask our developers if there is a way to copy the commit to the current brunch and upload it to the production server before public update. Otherwise the fix will be included into the next update.

Thank you,
Olivia

Dear Themler Team

You have taken 03 months to move from V.355 to V.358 and new version incremented by 003 (355+003 = 358) is still in beta.
What about the suggestions provided by me in this topic? (https://answers.themler.com/questions/103653/very-important-suggestions) and what about the suggestions regarding SEO and other Voted features?

I was expecting that you are taking much time because either you are re-developing themler core or changing its working mechanism as I suggested in above linked post, but here you come with few minor bug fixes.

Its like demolishing a mountain just to dig out a dead rat beneath it.

HI.

What is this new option in Theme options ? I see it for first time.

Templates blog pages
Comma separated list of id's. Keep empty to use default.
Used as sample data for preview-theme.

Then I have some IDs I never entered there: 485,486,487,488,489,490,491,492

Currently we plan to make Themler more stable and fix bugs. Therefore
a few next updates will not contain new major features.

It's good to know that you are fixing bugs first, though that should have been done way to early.

The alarming thing is, when you take 3 months to fix some minor bugs, what would it take to develop new features?
Second bad thing is you always keep ignoring the suggestions, feedback and voted features from your clients / themler community.

Any way I've few more suggestions (which are bugs that needed to be fixed)

  1. In generated CSS, (for example - wordpress) you put Theme URI : http://www.themler.com/wordpress-themes. This should not be there. Instead there should be project name / URL

  2. When we work on fonts and use Inherit font name etc, firefox or chrome developer extensions shows Billion Font rather than Open Sans or some other font that was actually chosen in Themler?

  3. When we insert image control, the default blank image thumbnail is loaded from http://cstatic.billiondigital.com/themler/354/images/defaultImage.jpg, while it should be added to local repository of themler.

  4. When we insert separator control, whether it is a colored line or text, there is also a link in generated code which is http://cstatic.billiondigital.com/themler/354/images/defaultImage.jpg, kindly remove it as it is unnecessary.

  5. Also please consider to remove unnecessary code from generated CSS. There should be a CSS customizer/editor built into themler through which we can edit live css or there should be a CSS optimizer through which we can optimize css by removing unused styles. (that's a much needed function as current css code is blotty)

  6. Also consider to change how you deal with [text] shortcode, for example, it's pretty odd to user [text tag=h2] instead of <h2> tag, I know we can add html control in order to avoid this issue, but again [text tag=p] is also not good way to produce paragraphs.

The generated code is the main part where you need to focus first, because if themler's code is not SEO friendly, its useless to make beautiful designs. When you start focusing on your generated codes, themler will also become compatible to YOAST, Squirrly and other SEO plugins. Currently excessive usage of shortcodes destroys the purpose of a website (though it looks beautiful )

Bug # 1-4 are extremely easy to fix, which could take maximum an hour or two for your developers. Rest are also not way too much complicated, therefore, kindly incorporate them in upcoming beta or final version.

Have one suggestion.
Try to have much more Photos in Clipart where objects are not centered. So they can be more adapted to be used as Page backgrounds.

Why are there so many complainers here? I prefer quality over quantity. Thank you Themler for making this great software!

Hi,

Please, add a hebrew google fonts.

Do you mean early access fonts?
https://fonts.google.com/earlyaccess
They will be supported when google implement the regular support of these fonts.
In the meantime they can be implemented manually.

Second bad thing is you always keep ignoring the suggestions, feedback and voted features from your clients / themler community.

We do not ignore suggestions from our customers. We read them and add to our wish list for future analyses. We have hundreds of requests in our wish list. Some of them contradict each other. Unfortunately we cannot implement all of them because of many reasons.

Many WP plugins use shortcodes. This is normal practice. Whey they are not SEO friendly? On the website front end you receive regular HTML.

Try to have much more Photos in Clipart where objects are not centered. So they can be more adapted to be used as Page backgrounds.

We've added your request to our wish list.

Jason Hicks, thank you for your feedback!

Regards,
Olivia

Yes indeed 3 months to do minor bug fixes in a forever beta product (that needs serious tuning and bug fixes.) Part of me should be angry, but alas, I simply don't care about Themler anymore. Considering how they abandoned Artisteer as a business, this is heading in the same direction. The longer they wait to fix this mess the longer people won't renew their subscription, including me! Bad business is bad business, and no one in the web design industry takes Themler seriously. As for the 'complainers' this is not a 'quality' product, but a 'quantity' product that fails to deliver. Have fun everyone, I'm going back to Dreamweaver and hand coding (much faster.)

srathje + 10000

I do not understand the people who are happy that the team Themler corrects some minor bugs in beta in 6 months, surely of amateurs !

No serious company can work with such a product and such communication.

I am happy with Themler, because as a product, it is really good. Like Artisteer was once. However I am little worried about the future because present situation reminds me of the Artisteer past. I hope developers are not going to repeat Artisteer development mistakes and won't abandon Themler eventually. I've heard that they are working on some new project. I would really want to know what is it. If this is some new instance of "web building tool" (1-Artisteer, 2 Themler, 3 - ???) it's .... ok for me. There is no problem to work with something new if it would be significantly better than Themler. But if they are working on something totally different leaving Themler "as it is" like Artisteer once I feel it wouldn't be fair to their current costumers.

The more post I read about Themler and the more I am stunned, all they know say is voted for this feature, but they are never implemented.

Aberrant.

All the most voted post have never been treated, none of these features are in Themler, do you find it normal?

Good I stop, tired of amateur company, it makes me waste my time.

Good continuation to all and especially to the team Themler, so that she will question and continue as well as she had started (but I do not believe it)
