Can we get inside Themler screen some changelog of all bug fixes and changes ?

It doesnt need to be something detailed, see how WordPress plugins do it. I mean it doesnt need to take you more than few minutes per one small update.

Then we could go to all old forum topic and check topics as solved.

It is also not in your interesse as commercial company to have all those topic open and appear as not fixed. New visitors think those issues are still not solved.

Hi,

After every update we create public ticket on our forum where all newly added features and bug fixes are listed.
As far as I understand, your idea is to implement this list to Themler itself. So when you open it for the first time after update it shows the list of all modifications, right?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks,
Ivan

I had in last few weeks many updates and no topic was created. Maybe you do some cumulative explanation.

Can give you one real examle how you hurt your sales. Still some topics about styling contact form and contact input fields float around. But it is solved long time ago. Now it is possible to style any contact plugin installed in WordPress. Install plugin, put shortcode, make Themler template for contact or not whatever, style with Themler.

Maybe it is somewhere on news, but I missed it and it is easy to miss it.

Hi,

I'm still not 100 percent sure that I understand what do you mean.
Yesterday, we had a planned Themler update. Here is an article where all improvements and bug fixes are presented:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/21218/themler-update-18-aug-2015

Actually, on our new page we announce every significant update:
http://answers.themler.com/categories/3916/feature-updates

Please let me know if that's what you mean.

Thanks,
Ivan

Dont know, cannot see all. I mean you could go through old topics and mark them as solved when something is solved. Better than repeat same questions over and over.

Some examples, topics still counted as UNRESOLVED:

https://answers.themler.com/questions/9897/custom-templates-custom-image-sizes
Themler now doesnt pull full images, takes default thumbnails for Archive lists.

https://answers.themler.com/questions/9953/add-extension-bit-outside-of-the-browser-screen
Fixed, never mentioned anywhere, as I can see.

https://answers.themler.com/questions/9971/small-advice-for-future-template-parts-themler-shortcodes-inside-php
Fixed long time ago. New visitors seeing topic would believe feature is missing.

https://answers.themler.com/questions/10116/small-bug-with-pagination-both
Fixed, mentioned in News I know. Topic still not solved.

https://answers.themler.com/questions/10300/tinymce-editor-buttons-frontend
Solved without custom CSS code in Settings. With all new options.

https://answers.themler.com/questions/14250/post-pagination-small-border-problem
Fixed without custom code.

I took mine. I could make mine easy as Solved, but forum is full of such "unresolved" questions that has been solved long and near time ago. I dont know how many of all this is in News. If I had short explained changelog in modal when I clicked "Backup and Upgrade" it would stuck in my memory better.

Hello Stagger Lee,
tank you for your suggestion. It makes sense.
We're considering the idea of creating extended change log.
As for reviewing all cases, we'll probably do it a bit later, as now we're concentrated on current users requests.

regards,
Aileen
