Support... Themler Needs it

I have been waiting a while to get a question answered. For people who are trying to use this to create real projects, we need actual support. Not a forum, where you might get an answer. I will certainly pay more, or buy a support plan... premium support whatever. But if you don't get something ASAP... I will be asking for a refund of Themler and moving on to a different product.

I get you can't provide high end support based off of the price of Themler. If you don't offer something people are going to jump ship.

Please look at my private question and get it resolved, or at least let me know if you are even working on it.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay. I see that your initial case was already answered. We usually answer within several business days, but we work harder to decrease the response time. Hope that in the future you'll get the answer in a shorter time.

Yeah, unfortunately the response was a reference to a generic link that did nothing but waste my time reading it. This was followed up by days of nothing. The only posting was by me, as I tried trial and error to get the theme to work. Posting images, and numerous requests for help.

This seems like it should be something simple (just trying to change the background color, of articles in joomla). Nothing fancy just white background and black text. I've tried every option in Themler, that I can see (Page Template, Default Styles etc.)

Again I'd be happy to pay for additional support, or pay more for the product. I just can't wait weeks to get support on simple items. This back and forth of posting a quick sentence, and then nothing for days is not efficient.

How is it free when we paid hundreds of dollars for the product?

Stop making excuses for this highly inefficient and unprofessional support system that is a major time sink for people who have schedules to maintain.

If you don't see this as a major problem then that is the problem. This is probably the biggest issue with this otherwise great product. If you can't resolve it then you will never run with the big dogs.

Think long and hard the next time you want to defend your support practices because you are chewing off your own leg doing so.

Wow! almost forgot all about this worthless product... just got the email about the new post from kheidemann.

So we went to something new a while back. Night and Day difference... we went back and rebuilt all our old Themler sites with new system.

So Themler you got my money, and I know I'll never see it again... hopefully, other people will move on as well. It's quite clear Themler is dying from a permanently beta product and terrible support. It's not worth it guys... trying to force Themler to be something it clearly never will be.

I use a product designed for WordPress now. If anyone wants the name let me know. They are based in the USA and have real support, best of all the product is reliable and works without all the damn bugs. Good luck to all!
